Yes! You can do MBA/PGDM with dual specializations. I'll suggest you go for Bangalore as Bangalore is the best place to do MBA/PGDM in India as Bangalore is the fastest growing mega town in India from where you can SEE 20 above most successful start up came out. Excellent faculty members and excellent grooming with extra skill development certifications can make your better future and better career. The extra 3-4 Lacs money you'll invest in a the course from other lower place you can earn the money with in a month or a year if you invest the money in better place in a good college.
