To take admission in NIPER MBA Pharma, you need BPharm/ BTech (Chemical Engineering or equivalent)/ MSc (Chemical/ Life Sciences) with minimum 60% aggregate or 6.75 CGPA as equivalent and score of NIPER JEE/ GPAT/GATE/NET score.
NIPER JEE MBA is most commonly used to short candidate for MBA in NIPER institutes across the country through a centralized counselling.
I think NIPER dont accept CAT score for MBA pharma.
NIPER JEE score is accepted for MBA pharma and it is generally high .

In my opinion, LPU is a better option to join for B.Pharma. LPU is one of the best private universities in the country with world-class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty and focuses on the overall growth of the students. B.Pharma. Is an undergraduate four years course (approved by PCI) which is a pre-requisite for registration to practice as a pharmacist. It imparts skills to work in industry, clinical set ups, drug control organizations, education and research sectors in pharmaceuticals.
