Definitely, B.Pharma is a good course to study. It is a medical line which is based on chemistry. You need to have basic concepts on chemistry. It is nothing but more about study of chemistry. It is very interesting course and you can interact many subjects like pharmacology, pharmaceutics, physiology and anatomy, pharmacognosy which are non-chemistry subjects and pharmaceutical chemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical analysis which are by name chemistry subjects and food processing and technology engineering branch is a promising one. Unlike the core branches of Engineering and other popular branches, Food Processing and Techno

D.Pharm admission process:
Most institutes offering D.Pharmacy course admit students based on the performance in a relevant entrance test, often followed by a round of personal interview, wherein their general aptitude for the course is tested. Admission process generally varies across colleges. A few institutes also provide direct admission based on the candidates performance at the 10+2 level. Some of such entrance tests conducted in India are:
GPAT
UPSEE
JEE Pharmacy
AU AIMEE Pharmacy
CPMT
PMET.

Hi,
Pharma. D is a 6-year course (5 years + 1-year internship) and the eligibility is 10 + 2. The number of students selected is very few (I think, it is 30 seats) and there is an entrance test. So, do you really want to do Pharma.D after B.Pharma? You can think of doing Pharma.D (Post. Baccalaureate) which is a 2-year course + 1-year internship and the eligibility is B.Pharm. You can get detailed information about both these courses on the internet.

Hi,
For Jamia Hamdard, you should have a decent score of above 580 or at least 560+ ( in case you have your luck in the 2nd counselling). This year, the cut-off was very high and as this college has 100 seats without any reservation system, the competition is really high.
All the best.

As your rank is quite good, you can easily get a good college but you have to appear in all rounds of counselling.
Best of luck.

Both the degrees are equally good and have growth. M.Pharm in pharmaceutics is most valuable in India, whereas in the US and other foreign countries, pharmacology is well established. Pharmaceutics is a unique subject deals with all F&D, production, etc. So, the scope is clear. A person with pharmacology can enter in the preclinical and clinical studies. Herbal Drug industry is booming in India and other parts. So, pharmacognosy is bigger aspect now. The demand for herbal drugs is elevated due to less side effects. Himalaya, Zandu, Dabur and so many are standing in squad and looking for such person. Recent Market shows that M.Pharm wit
