If you do BPT then you can work as a physiotherapist and if you do B.Pharma then you can work in pharmacy, sales, marketing, manufacturing, quality assurance, analysis, chemical research, formulation development, clinical research, intellectual property rights, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, consulting, project management, government (as drug inspector), etc.A Masters would be required for a lot of positions. But, I guess most people these days expect an MPT physiotherapist too.

If you are in pharmacy for placements then sorry. Placements in pharmacy in JU are the worst. But I will tell you that you are in the richest subject of JU.
I do not care what others are saying, pharmacy is totally a research oriented subject. You are going to study medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, microbiology, biochemistry, pharmaceutics, physics, programming all together. This is a very unique combination. You are not going to get a 20 LPA+ package. No man you are not going to get it. But you have the largest academic opening. You can go with any subject through this field. The minimum eligibility for admission to this programme is 10+2 or Higher Secondary Examination in science subjects. After the completion of course students work in pharmaceutical industry where they are offered a decent package and resourceful learning experience. Entry level salary for a fresher in the pharmacy industry is around INR 1.8 lakhs per annum.
This is the basic process that most colleges in India follow in which students after getting short listed in Entrance exam are required to clear the group discussion and personal interview round.

Yes, you must have a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Maths in class 12th to take admission in Pharm. D at Chitkara College of Pharmacy.
