No, Canadian College Vancouver does not offer PGWP-eligible programs. Despite its status as a Designated Learning Institute, its programs are not eligible for a PGWP, as it is a private institution.
This means Indian students will have to find a different way to stay and work in Canada after studying at Canadian College Vancouver. This may include getting a job offer via Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

Yes, late applications are generally accepted at Canadian College Vancouver. This college does not have strict and hard admission deadlines for Indian students.
They operate on a rolling basis, first-come, first-served basis and they continue to accept late applications as long as the seats are empty.
