Admission for a course at Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences is dependent upon the merit list generated based on the scores of the course-specific entrance exam. For the BPharm/DPharm candidates must also meet a cutoff of the 30th percentile for General candidates and 20th percentile for SC/ST/OBC/Divyang candidates in Govt. institutions. For Private institutions, General candidates must meet the 20th or 18th Percentile, SC/ST/OBC candidates must meet the 18th or 15th Percentile and Divyang candidates must meet the 15th Percentile in the management quota and the remaining 50% seats, respectively.

To enroll in the BPharma programme of Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, a candidate must follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to the college portal.
Step 2: Click on the Entrance Exams Tab.
Step 3: Select 'Pharmacy' as your course preference from the list.
Step 4: Click on Application Form.
Step 5: Fill required details and upload documents.
Only candidates who receive a seat in a college that offers MBBS under SSUHS Assam will receive admission.
