B Pharm. is an undergraduate four years course (approved by PCI) which is a prerequisite for registration to practice as a pharmacist. It imparts skills to work in industry, clinical setups, drug control organizations, education and research sectors in pharmaceuticals

Yes! You can do MBA/PGDM with dual specializations. I'll suggest you go for Bangalore as Bangalore is the best place to do MBA/PGDM in India as Bangalore is the fastest growing mega town in India from where you can SEE 20 above most successful start up came out.
