Yes, you can. Physics and Chemistry are the compulsory subjects while Chemistry, Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject are the optional. As per the eligibility criteria of JEE Main for admission in NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs, Candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12 examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent. So JEE Main considered the aggregate marks of 12th in place of aggregate marks of PCM subjects.

The admission in M.Sc. Physics in Sacred Heart College Thevara Kochi is based on merit in qualifying exam (B.Sc. ). Hence, there is no entrance exam conducted for M.Sc. Physics admissions.
