For Masters in astrophysics, you need to have done Bachelor's in physics .Only with biology, you cannot apply. You can try post-graduation in other disciplines. All the best.

Yes, you can get admission, if you have studied subject that you want to choose in your MA Programme during in your Bachelors you can get admission. For eg : if you studied English as a subject in B.Sc Programme at least in 2 semester you are eligible to apply for MA in English. Thank You.

Start solving physics questions from a refresher by focusing on the concept and understanding the formulae. Then, solve the NCERT questions and previous years. You have to practice hard for the numerical. You can use help from a coaching or YouTube, etc.
