The general eligibility criteria to be eligible for applying for BCA course you must have completed your Higher Secondary (+2) Examination equivalent (Diploma degree), with minimum 50% marks in total and also having Mathematics as subject in the qualifying examination.

Dear Pradip,
B.Tech is a graduation, you have to complete Master or post Graduation level and then M.Phil is also a step, For Ph.D in any stream you have to pass all the steps, you can't apply by doing Graduation. FYI more details:
ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY:
A candidate is eligible for Admission and Registration for Ph.D. programme provided he/ she has qualified:
Masters Degree of any recognised University/other qualification in a relevant field. The minimum qualifying marks are 55% at Post Graduation level (Relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Differ
