I think B.Arch will be a good option rather than B.Sc. But it totally depends on you. B.Arch field is totally creative field. It is more like a technical art where you have to do new things. But if you are having interest in physics than you can go with B.Sc. Else I would suggest you B.Arch as a good option. Let me know if your doubt is cleared.

No, you are not allowed to get admission in any IITs until and unless you have secured 75% in 12th examination. You need to clear the back exam and then score 75% in 12th, then only you will be eligible.
I would suggest you to with JEE Mains rank and get the best college including NITs and government colleges.

You'll have to appear for the entrance test conducted by Delhi University to get admission here.

English subject marks are counted but if I ask specifically about PCM, then it is not added, else it will be added.

You can surely apply for this course. But I can't say surely about admission, as it totally depends on many aspects.
According to my knowledge, it is a bit tough to get in, but don't lose hope.

You are not eligible to apply for B.Sc (Hons.) in Mathematics in Bethune College.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Candidate should pass (10+2) with physics, maths and English as compulsory subject from CBSE or other board of examination with the aggregate of 60% and must score 65% in maths & 50% in English.
