It actually depends on two things. One is vicinity to your place. So, if you can provide people the exact area where you are searching a college, it would be of better help for them to suggest you. Second factor is your score. Once you provide those information, I think people can guide you better and can come out with some specific colleges to suggest you.

Your branch depend upon your interest. So, go for the branch in which you have interest or area of field of interest. All have scope in the future. So, choose according to your interest. In DU, selection is based on the merit in the sports you have in your 12th. Aggregate of top four subjects are taken. There is no entrance exam.
