Yes, you can. Most universities require you to have physics as your extra-departmental/pass course for you to study physics in M.Sc. However, since science departments offer admission to Master's degree students via entrance exams, this might be difficult anyway. You'll have to work hard in physics to crack entrance exams. Alternatively, you could apply for an applied mathematics degree in Calcutta University or CMI or even for M.Sc in mathematics. Most of the departments have someone or the other working in the mathematical physics. Courses that are relevant to that are differential geometry, probability theory/functional

MA in any subject is allowed after some knowledge of that subject. In fact, MA is studying done finer aspects in detail of what we study broadly in graduation. Hence, you will have to do BA in history first before you can pursue MA.

Because during completion of BITSAT 2017 exam form, they are not asked about your marks in 12th standard.

The first and the main thing to clear IIT exam is you should learn all basics of Physics, Chemistry and Maths deeply.
Try to understand each and every step so that you can solve any equation and maths problems.
Stick on NCERT Books as they are the best for preparation.

It will depend on what you want to study. For further study in physics common options are CSIR/GATE, JAM and National Graduate Physics Examination (NGPE). There are other exams conducted by the universities at the time of admissions.

Be warned that the path towards that is not entirely clear. Nice to know your aim. But these have to be grounded in reality. M.Sc in physics is possible only if you have B.Sc in it. Similarly, for doing Ph.D in aeronautical engineering, you need to do graduation then PG and then only registration could be done for PhD.
