Minimum Eligibility to Apply for M.Sc. Physics in Annamalai University is that candidate should have a minimum pass mark of 50% in graduation with mandatory course B.Sc (Physics).
Candidates are selected based on the performance in personal interview. Interested candidates can apply online with the required information.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Tech in IIT, Kharagpur, I have checked the eligibility it says you have to score 60% in your graduation and the GATE score depends on the ranking. You can check more about it on the following link:-

The eligibility for a course basically depends upon the eligibility criteria of the institute/university that you are applying for, majorly you have to opt for physics in class 12th if you are in the science stream as it is mandatory in most of the schools.
