Bachelor of Science in physics, popularly known as B.Sc in physics is a 3-year under graduate program. The duration of the course is minimum 3 years and maximum 6 years.
The basic eligibility for this is an intermediate 10+2 in science with physics, chemistry, mathematics/biology and English as compulsory subjects.
To take admission in B.Sc. physics, you should apply to an institute of your choice, provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria or appear for entrance exams to qualify for the merit list through which you can get admission into an institute of your choice.

Different universities have different eligibility criteria for their Ph.D program. Please check with the university for admission requirements in their Ph.D program. On an average, the minimum requirement is 60% or 6.00-6.75 CGPA in their M.Sc. program. If you have failed in maths then I will suggest you take your class 12th exams again from NIOS. I am sure you can get good marks from there then take admission in any private engineering college.

Eligibility criteria to obtain CPL is as follows:
(a) Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in Mathematics and Physics.
(b) Minimum 16 years of age to be eligible for a Private Pilot License and 17 for a Commercial Pilot License.
(c) Vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
(d) General physical fitness as approved by DGCA is mandatory.
You are eligible to obtain CPL subject to meeting other eligibility criteria.
