Hey,
You should better concentrate on electrostatic part because much ques come from the topic, then optics which is much scoring.
Other topics are equally important.

at least u have to score 60 marks for engineering but for other field it may be different
but prepare all ncert questions its enough to got 80+

M.Sc degree is two years course with 4 semesters. If you have completed B.Sc degree then you are eligible for a M.Sc degree. Also, your graduation degree marks must be above 60%. Eligibility criteria may vary. Giving you list of some good universities -
