I am confused. If you have completed your B Sc, then you need not talk of 12th. However, every university has its own criteria for giving admission to M.Sc. You will have to check on the website of the university.

B.Sc in physics is a popular option and could be one of the best if you want to do higher studies and research in Physics, in your case it's going to be optics I believe. Score well in your B.Sc, you can also look for MS options abroad for better prospects.
