What made you not attempt beyond 20 marks? I don't think you will be eligible for Grace marks. But, then you must take this as an opportunity and study physics fully so that you not only can answer all questions but score well in this subject.

For MBBS, you need not to have a good base at Mathematics. You won't get mathematics question in medical entrance examination. However, you need an average score in Physics.

Astronomy & Astrophysics may be taught as a special course in the M.Sc. programmes of the physics departments in the universities or colleges. It is desirable for a student to acquire proficiency in physics and mathematics at the graduate level and then to Astronomy & Astrophysics specialisation. An engineer with a B.Tech or B.E. degree, with an aptitude for Astronomy and Astrophysics, can also enter the field as a research scholar.
