Whether Physiotherapy is better than Occupational Therapy depends on individual career goals and interests, as both fields serve different, yet complementary, roles in healthcare.

Physiotherapy focuses on restoring physical function and mobility through exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques, often for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Occupational Therapy, on the other hand, helps individuals regain or improve their ability to perform daily activities and achieve independence, particularly for those with physical, mental, or developmental challenges.
