All the three courses are good . The best depends upon your preferences, but I can help you comapre them-
BMLT is a 3 years course where as the other two are 4 years courses.Eligibility remains same for B.Pharm and BMLT i.e, PCB and no spefic subject reqirement for BPT. If we talk about the subjects then BMLT focuses human anatomy, human physiology, biochemistry, microbiology etc.
B Pharmacy focuses on drug safety, drug discovery, we can say more of a chemistry along with biology thing, but BPT focuses on the area of core skills like manual therapy, therapeutic exercise. Now all the three courses are releated to medical so the are of wor

The general eligibility criteria required candidates to have completed 10 + 2 with the minimum of 50% in physics biology and English like number of applicants and seed availability. For admission to BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) course at Government Medical College, Calicut, you have to appear for the medical entrance examination of the respective state.
