Though a BBA in Aviation is usually for management positions in the aviation industry. But if you wish to pivot your career towards pilot roles, then do the following:

  1. Get a relevant pilot degree
  2. Obtain a Private Pilot License (PPL)

A Pilot becomes a Captain after meeting particular requirements. These are set by Airline/governing Aviation Authority. It requires a notable amount of experience, training and education. One of the key requirements is accumulating specific flying hours. The exact number of hours varies. Steps to follow for pursuing a career as a Pilot in India are mentioned below -

  1. Meet certain eligibility. You must be at least 17 years old. Complete your 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics. Have a medical fitness certificate from a certified medical practitioner.
