To become a commercial pilot, there is a specific eligibility criteria which you should first be aware of. This is decided on what subjects have you taken in class 12th. It requires PCM to be a pilot. And, even if you have not opted for the same, then you can appear separately for these subjects and become eligible. Hello,
The following are the items that you need to know to become a pilot:
1. You need to first possess a student pilot license. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed class 12th with Science (Physics and mathematics) with 50%.
2. Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9 which must be correctable to 6/6.
3. General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.

Nims University conducts NIMSEE (Nims Entrance Exam) for admission to various courses like Science, Nursing, Business & Management Studies, Engineering, IT & Software, Teaching & Education, Arts (Fine/ Visual/Performing), Law, Accounting & Commerce, Medicine & Health Sciences, and Design. First you need to select the course you want to pursue and then you can appear for the exam. You can get all the delatied information on the college website.

Complete your class XII with good marks but the lowest is 55% individually in Physics, Mathematics and English.
You should be physically and mentally fit.
Apply for a Commercial Pilot license in any flying school. (NFTI, Gondia and IGRUA are the best in India) Or you may join Cadet Pilot Programmes Of IndiGo, Jet Airways or Air India.
You can go abroad for CPL training. USA, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, PHILIPPINES provide the best training.
Get Class II medical Certificate from Doctors certified by DGCA. Then get your Class I Medical Certificate from Air Force stations or you can get it done from Nanavati Hospital, Mumbai or Apollo, Chennai.

Selection process for a course in architecture:
The students can get admission in B.Arch. By appearing in NATA entrance exam which is conducted by Council of Architecture every year and qualifying examination from a recognised university or board. There are various colleges which are taking admission of students through this entrance exam. After this process, students got shortlisted in merit list of NATA test will be called for counseling process and on the basis of skills and availability of seats suitable candidate will get admission.
