Hello,
The best college for CPL (Commercial Pilot License) is IGRUA I.e. Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Udaan Academy. But, it requires a top level preparation and there is no guarantee of placement, cost of CPL in IGRUA is about 50 Lacs. Apart from that you can go with Indigo Cadet programme which cost you around 80 Lacs with placement in Indigo Airlines thus, you don't have to make stress on recruitment.

To be a private pilot (of small planes, single engine, single crew, day only, clear meter only, etc), you need to be at least 17 y.o., have a medical certificate, pass the radio exam, pass the theoric exam (includes aviation laws, navigation, meteo, how a plane works and flies, etc), have at least 50 hours of in-flight experience (including a cross-country flight, solo flights, etc), and pass the flight test (with an examiner of Transport Canada).
Then, if you want to go professional (and actually get paid for flying), you need the Commercial pilot licence. It requires the previous licence (Private pilot), another 50 hours of experience

The procedure stands same, if you want to become a pilot after MCA or after 12th grade, the entire process would take upto 3 years. Join a reputed flying school and get trained, the course would be for 18 months. Once you get released from flying school give interviews to airlines. Airline will give type training for aircrafts. You will start flying once cleared all checks.
35 years old is not too old to become an airline pilot, but it is the maximum age to become a Commercial Pilot. It is a skill based profession. You need to spend 40L to 50L to become a pilot, and another 35L for the type course.
