Hi,
To become a pilot one should complete 12th with PCM, you will require to take Commercial Pilot training and CPL (Commercial Pilot License) in order to become a pilot. You can take the training and License from any DGCA Certified Flying School.

If you are enrolled for CPL the basically PPL is not of any use.
SPL shall be issued for you to start and finish your flying as a cadet.
They will train you with ground classes for all such examinations.
SPL is issued by flying school and PPL is issued by DGCA.
Since you will be aiming for CPL than there's no need of wasting money in getting a PPL issued.

Initially, one obtains a student pilot license (SPL) from a government sponsored flying club in the country. The minimum eligibility sponsored for the SPL is matriculation examination and age should be above 16 years. An oral examination has to be taken in subjects related to aviation. Eligibility for this course is to pass both class 10th and class 12th with the set criteria of percentage, so you can apply for this course after class 10th.
