Of course yes. Eligibility for getting entry into a flying school where skills to become commercial pilot are taught is class 12th with PCM. You can not apply for the course. To get eligible for the course, candidate must have studied Physics and Mathematics in class 12th.

Yes, you can get admission but you have to start from first year again.
