Hello Vishnu,
Of course yes. Eligibility for getting entry into a flying school where skills to become commercial pilot are taught is class 12th with PCM. On top of it, there is no embargo on age at the time of admission. One just needs to pass all papers and clear practical exams prescribed. That's all. Best wishes to you.

You can not apply for the course. To get eligible for the course, candidate must have studied Physics and Mathematics in class 12th.

Depends on the college but the average fee is approximately INR 20 lacs for the course.
