The documents required for the visa process for Indian students at Vistula University, Poland, includes a letter of acceptance given by the Vistula University, a valid passport having at least 6 months of validity remaining, a visa application form completed, two passport-sized photos of yourself, following the Poland visa guidelines, a proof of payment for the tuition fees, a signed study agreement with the Vistula University, a confirmation from the Vistula University regarding your student status and a  temporary residencial permit.

Your choice is good. There is no issue in studying Masters from Poland. And from what I know they offer some of the cheapest tuition fees for international students and low cost of living compared to other European countries.
