Hello Saurabh, Very interesting query. As per my information for general subjects eligibility is normally only graduation from any recognised university. In case of M.A. In English, you can definitely do it from IGNOU if you are a graduate from recognised university. Hello Shafaque,
IGNOU is the university formed by central govt and is recognised by UGC and AIU. Hence degrees awarded by it are also recognised by other universities in India. Hence don't worry. You can apply in JNU based on degree of IGNOU.

Hello Shweta,
These two subjects are as divers as chalk from cheese. Political Science graduation could be your stepping stone for your career but programming too is very interesting subject involving logical reasoning etc. What is important is what is your liking. Which of the two subjects fascinates you? My advise would be follow your heart.
