It is in the same ratio as it used to be when there were 175 questions. Only the number of question changes but the ratio and syllabuses remain the same.

Hello Anusree,
IGNOU is recognised worldwide, it is one if the few open universities which has worldwide recognition but for jobs the game is different. It depends on the employer and how well you fit into the job. I will suggest you to take services from an immigration firm and learn about the stay back options and other policies. Just do some groundwork before venturing out.

No. You can do either of them. Personally, do BA Hons political science because it has more scope than previous one.

2. History: Key Developments in Ancient/Medieval and Modern Indian History, Freedom Struggle, Gandhian Ideas, Revisiting/Rewriting History.
3. Economics: Indian Economy and Development.
4. World Affairs: Arab Spring, Syrian Crisis, UN Reforms, SDGs, Climate Change, Terrorism, BRICS, Human Development Index.
5. Indian Foreign Policy: for example- Modi's Foreign Policy, India and the UN, International Yoga Day.
The test is based on essay-type questions.
