JNU is the top University that offer MA in International Relations in India. JNU is considered one of India's top-ranked universities for postgraduate and research studies. It is a public central university that has been given the status of 'University of Excellence' by the UGC. UGC NET is a national-level entrance exam conducted for admission to PhD courses. If you wish to pursue a PhD in Public Administration then you would have to qualify for this exam. The entrance exam is conducted in two sessions. The first session would be common for all candidates.
