Pondicherry University accepts CUET UG scores for admission to its undergraduate courses. The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the CUET 2025 exam date on its official website. Following the release of the brochure, the NTA will also announce the date for the CUET 2025 results. The CUET UG results are tentatively expected to be released in the last week of July. Students are advised to regularly visit the official CUET website for updates.

If we compare both Calicut University and Pondicherry University we will find that both the universities are quite similar on various metrics. They both have a Shiksha Review rating of 4+ stars out of 5 and the student intake is also quite similar with both universities admitting close to 1500+ students for MBA.

There is not much placement data available for both colleges, but if we compare the tuition fees we will find that Pondicherry University is much more affordable then Calicut University. Hence, there is not much difference between the two universities and they can only be differentiated on the basis of tuition fees.

If we compare the tuition fees of Calicut University and Pondicherry University we will see that Pondicherry University has a course fee of INR 24,900 to INR 2.4 lakh. In contrast, Calicut University has a course fee of INR 75,000 to INR 7.5 lakh. Therefore, Pondicherry University is more affordable for MBA depending on the course or the affiliated college one chooses.

Both the universities are quite similar on other metrics comparing the two colleges, they both have a Shiksha Review rating of 4+ stars out of 5 and the student intake is also quite similar with both universities admitting close to 1500+ students for MBA.

Sample papers can be solved as part of PU DAT 2025 exam preparation. 

Also, you can solve them very early on in your exam preparation.

If you have completed a few topics, try solving questions related to those topics. As you move deeper into the syllabus, there will be more questions to solve.

Solve as many sample papers as you can.

So, make use of it. You can solve sample papers at any time/ stage of your exam preparation.

By solving sample papers you can get exam ready.

Also, silly mistakes can be fixed by solving sample papers. You can also improve your problem-solving and time management.

Admission process for Pondicherry University BCom (H) course starts with registration for the preferred course. After registration, candidates can log in to their new account to fill out the application form. After the application process,  the selected candidates are ranked based on scores in the qualifying examination. Based on this merit list, the university shortlists students for the counselling process. Those who get a seat via the counselling process must report to the institute for document verification and the fee payment process.

Pondicherry University BCom seats are subject to the reservation policy followed by the university. As per the policy, a total of 15% of seats in each course are reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and 7.5% seats for candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes. For the OBC candidates, the university has reserved 27% of seats. Other than this, the university also reserves seats for physically challenged candidates.
