NEET PG 2022 counselling will be conducted by Medical Councelling Committeee (MCC) likely from September 1. The counselling for seat allotment in deemed, central universities, 50% AIQ seats, 50 State quota seats will be held in online mode. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the whole schedule for NEET PG 2022 counselling soon on its official website. Reportedly, the delay in counselling is due to the reason that National Medical Commission (NMC) is conducting inspection of medical collges and the last date for issuing the letter of permission is August 15. According to latest updates, MCC has directed candidates to generate PwD certificates from August 8 onwards.

"Candidates who have registered themselves as PwD on NBE website and want to avail the benefit of PwD reservation should get the disability certificate issued from any one of the designated NEET Disability Certification Centre through online mode only before the start of Round-1 of PG Counselling 2022 which is likely to start from 1st September, 2022," the official release dated August 8 said.

Meanwhile, candidates are questioning the authority for the delay in the counselling for NEET PG 2022 exam. Expressing concern for the delay for counselling schedule, candidates are asking if the admissions were to be held so late then why were the exams not postponed?.

JIPMER is an autonomous institution. So, it has the power of setting up its own system, academic curriculum and evaluation process. It doesn't fall under the authority of MCI (NMC). As per previous records, JIPMER had a certain Quota for PG seats to its MBBS students. JIPMER has one of the best teaching faculty members in India. Some of them are authors of various renowned medical books. Their approach towards the students are very much appreciated. Their method of teaching is undoubtedly the best (from my perspective). It becomes easy for a Medical student to understand a concept.
