Yes, you can join Diploma courses after 10th standard. In case you have failed 12th standard, I request you to please devote some more time to the subject and clear it which in return will help you open to better career opportunities. Pursue a degree rather than a Diploma. Degree will fetch you better placements comparatively to a Diploma certificate. Yes, if it is stated in the eligibility criteria for the particular course entrance exam in the Pondicherry University, If not stated anything that means they only require passing marks (percentage) for applying in their entrance. But then I would suggest you better contact them for the same.
