Hi.

You can apply for PGIMER postgraduate medical courses if you:

  1. Hold an MBBS degree (or BDS for dental specialties) recognised by NMC/DCI.

  2. Have completed compulsory internship by the required date.

  3. Meet the minimum marks threshold in your qualifying degree.

  4. Are registered with a medical council.

  5. Appear in and qualify INI-CET, followed by counselling/seat allocation

Hi.

Yes  admissions are merit-based, but the merit is defined by the entrance test performance (INI-CET) rather than college grades or aggregate marks alone.

You must qualify and rank well in INI-CET to be competitive for PGIMER seats.

Students who have passed their HSC or Class 12 can apply for BSc courses at PGIMER Chandigarh. Applicants who fulfill the eligibility criteria become eligible for the CBT entrance test. Once the applicants have taken the test, the test scores are used to produce a rank list. Based on the list, the college releases a cut off list.
Candidates who have scored above the cut off are hereafter invited for personal counselling rounds, where seats are allocated. After seat allocation, candidates must pay the admission fee in the college-stipulated timeframe to confirm their seat.

PGIMER B.Sc Nursing 2023 exam dates will be announced soon by the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh, on their official website. The registration process of MHT CET 2023 has started on March 8, 2023. Candidates who wish to appear for the MHT CET exam 2023 have to submit the application form of MHT CET 2023 online till April 7, 2023. The authority is conducting the MHT CET 2023 for PCM from May 9 to 13, 2023.

According to their official website, The admission to M.Sc. Anaesthesia takes place on 1st of July every year. And here are the required qualifications: B.Sc. In Medical Technology (Operation Theatre) from a recognised University with at least 55% marks and at least 3 years experience in their respective fields after obtaining qualification of B.Sc.
