For getting into product designing you should go for a degree course in designing. Firstly, you should complete your 12th (from any stream with minimum of 50%) and then apply for designing entrance examinations for your chosen institute. NID is a good option for product designing.

With this percentage, you won't get a good university for product design programme. Either you improve your grades from NIOS board or choose a private institute for the same.
