NABA is Italy's premier institute for design, but you also must check Politecnico di Milano. For the comparisons, can you mention the full form? If you are comparing institutes in India, then IITB is best among worldwide institutes.

You can be a product designer in two ways. Either, you do graduation (B.Des) in product design or post-graduation (M.Des) in product design (PD). There are various government and private institutes in India, which offer these courses.
If after your class 12th, you get into NID for B.Des course (4 years), then your first year will be foundation program and from second year, you will get your specific disciplines (product design, animation design, graphic design, exhibition design, film and video communication, ceramic and glass design, textile design, furniture design, etc.).

Unfortunately Pearl Academy doesn't offer product design in diploma course. They offer 4 years regular degree course in Product Design.

Below mentioned is the eligibility criteria for Master's programs:
1. Undergraduate degree from any institute / university recognized by law of India.
2. Undergraduate Diploma of minimum three years duration from NIFT / NID.

They are not three different streams. Automobile and product design are the sub-streams of industrial design. There are many sub-streams of ID like product design, textile design, ceramic and glass design, furniture and interior design, transportation and automobile design.
