Dear Sheik,
The answer to your question ain't really simple. IT is a really broad sector. There are still COBOL, PASCAL, C, ADA programmers because companies need them to work on their legacy systems and on the other side are programmers working on PHP, Knockout JS, Angular JS, Hadoop etc. So The answer is you should be good in any one language at least to survive nicely in IT Sector.

Dear Kumar,
As you stated, you are interested in Hacking and Programming. After you get your result, you can go for a full time B.E or a B.Tech course in IT/ CS which will give you the basic exposure to programming fundamentals and will give you the base that you need to become a good programmer. You can also join an ethical hacking course either from a training center or even online from websites like www.simpilearn.com or www.coursera.com. This can give you the exposure in both the fields of your interest.
