Admission to the B.A. in Psychology program at Mithibai College, in fact, was very competitive; admissions processed for the academic year proved highly competitive. For general category students, the merit list closed around 94%-95% for First Year B.A. (FYBA) admissions. Mid-range cutoffs were slightly lower for reserved categories and other categories.

If you are from BSc Biology. Then you are eligible for MSc Clinical Psychology

But, you should clear 12th Board exam with a minimum of 50% aggregate from a recognised board. And you should take Science streame with Biology as a core subject

You should be passed the B.Sc with a minimum of 50%
