The cutoff is different for different universities and colleges. But for admission to most Universities a minimum of 45% is required

The entrance examination for M.A. Psychology are conducted on different dates for different universities. Most Universities conduct the examinations after the month of May. You can look up the dates on the official websites of the university concerned.

Hello dear, yes, absolutely, you can do your Masters in different subject but you cannot change your stream like if you have done your B.A. in history, you can do M.A. in whichever subject you like. But if you have done B.A. In history then you cannot do M.Sc. or M.Com in any subjects.
