Yes, having Science stream is necessary, if you are applying for B.Sc Psychology.

You need to earn a Bachelor's and Master's degree in psychology for becoming a professor. However, you can choose the specialization in psychology and can also further go for Ph.D also.

Minimum percentage every college or universities need 50-60% but for getting good college or I can say government college you need to crack entrance exam or many good private colleges also conduct own entrance exam so try to fill the form and get all the details about colleges which you are targeting for your graduation.
