Yes, those who have done normal course in psychology can also apply for MA.

Yes, IGNOU is good for BA psychology as I have done my psychology from the same. I would suggest you to go for regular rather than correspondence.

If you have done your 10+2 with mathematics with aggregate 50% score and qualified NATA then you are eligible to apply for B.Arch.

Admissions in this college are through online portal of DU. It's based on marks of 12th and no entrance exam is conducted. Now, I don't think, it will be possible as the admissions are mostly closed in most of the colleges. However, I would advise you to decide on the college and check with them once if they have few seats left.

I am sorry to say, Pune University does not offer UG certification in psychology in any format. However, it offers the same in master's program.
