Hello,
Before enrolling into any one year programme, it is recommended that you check directly with the universities if you have not done so yet. They may consider your application after a WES evaluation. If WES evaluation option is not available by the concerned university check any 1 year PGD programme or complete the first year of a M.SC programme closely related to your desired field in India.

Hello Bhavana,
I am afraid, that there might not be any college out here, which offers you both the above mentioned courses at once. But, not to worry, you can pursue both the courses from different colleges at once. Mainly Journalism courses do not have any attendance issue. So, you have an alternative option available.

I think both of them are equally productive as long as you are good at what you choose to do. You need to know which one of these you are more stronger at. The more you know about something, the better you will be at it. Take reference from your past percentages at both the subjects and check your personal knowledge and interest.
