Both the courses are similar and the difference lies in the kind of approach the course offers. M.Sc is for those who come from a science stream and M.A is for those who are keen to pursue a career in Psychology but hail from a non-science background. The minimum score required for degree courses is at least 55%, so you might go for diploma courses in psychology. Check the eligibility criteria of the college you are interested in getting admission to. However you will have to score really high on IELTS or TOEFL to get admitted.
