For pursuing Masters degree in psychology its must that you should have psychology as one subject at your graduation.
You have to first acquire a graduation with psychology as one subject then only you can go for Masters in psychology.

Both the courses are similar and the difference lies in the kind of approach the course offers. M.Sc is for those who come from a science stream and M.A is for those who are keen to pursue a career in Psychology but hail from a non-science background.
