Yes you can but you have to wait till June as in June PG application form going to available on website and in July entrance exam going to held and counseling in August.

I had taken direct exam in MA in Karnataka State Open University, am I eligible to take B.Ed course from the same university?

Yes, you are eligible to take admission in B.Ed in the same university but not in the same year. After the completion of your Masters, you can apply for B.Ed. At a time, you cannot apply for two different courses either in the same university or different universities.
