As per your query, you can consider BA in psychology programme but for that, even every good university require minimum 50 percentage in your class 12th.
So accordingly you are not eligible for this programme. You need to check others options or try for distance mode education in the same domain.

You need to check directly with the universities for your eligibility. Scholarships are obtainable and given on merit basis by the universities.
