Dear,
Yes, you are eligible because as per the eligibility criteria, one should have a Master's degree in relevant stream with a minimum of 55-60% ( percentage bar could vary from university to university).
And you have to take a test and face an interview in respect to the university admission process.
You need to take the same for the particular University in which you want to apply.

Dear,
There is no change in the degree name whether it is a BA or B.Sc in psychology. The only difference is the name of the degree from different universities. And if you want to become a psychologist then you have to complete your Masters in clinical psychology and then M.Phil in the same.
After that only you would get the license from RCI.

You can pursue your further studies after completing a course from a recognized DDE. However, the admission requirements are different with every university or college. You must check with the colleges and you must check, if they accept 3 year Bachelor's degree.
