If you're from a science background, then I would suggest you for Clinical Neuroscience. Beside, I think Clinical Psychology is only for Arts students.

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc with Hons in Psychology. But that is called Psychiatry, not Psychology. The field of Psychiatry is rooted with medical Science. You'll easily land yourself a job at any Mental Asylum, or Hospital seeking medical specialists in Psychiatry.

B.A. (Hons) in Psychology is said to have more scope as it is not subject-specific and it contains a lot of important parts. In comparison, Applied Psychology is subject-specific and limited.
Hope I helped. Thanks.

You can start a career as a guidance counselor for any college or school. You can opt for starting a Clinic for private practice. You can join a Hospital, too. Or you can go for studying it further and opting for Professorship.

Psychology is a liberal subject. It doesn't fetch jobs automatically. Study everything fully and answer well. If you are well-read, you will get name and money.

Both psychology and sociology is good. It depends on your area of interest. You can pursue the one in which you will be confident enough to score good marks.
All the best.
