Here at PIBM Pune, your profile does matter up to a certain level. If you have a graduation degree with 50% marks and a valid entrance score (CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MH-CET), then you can get admission to PIBM. However, if your score is lower than 50%, then you have to give an internal assessment exam called PMAT, which will analyse your competence and existing knowledge. Once you qualify for the assessment exam, you will be invited for the GD and PI rounds, where your communication skills, personality traits, leadership qualities, and overall suitability will be assessed. Further, you will receive an email from the admissions department containing the required documents for getting admission to the desired course.

Students at PIBM Pune analyse their areas of interest during the winter internship, as it enables them to get their first exposure to the real-world business scenarios. While attending the summer internship, after six months of winter internship, students are well aware of their specialisation and tend to work upon gathering practical knowledge and skills in a specific area to build confidence, discipline, and eventually gain clarity in their future career path.
