Yes, you can easily get admission in the PICT college easily and according to this rank you have to wait only for the 2 primary rounds of the counselling.

Hello Ryan Smith,
Failing in physics or any subject in the HSC Board and getting a good score in MHT CET actually are not related issues. However a student is declared to have cleared MHT CET only and only if he has cleared his HSC board examination. So I am sure you are asking the question perhaps with the assumption that a person has failed and then subsequently cleared HSC and then went on to score good marks in MHT CET. Yes, he will be definitely be eligible to get admission in PICT or COEP, after fulfilling all the related criteria if any. The teaching is good and teachers are always there to help. Is the college okay for girls - in terms of what ?
Safety - no issues.

Your stream should be decided by your interest.
In terms of college, PICT is better.
In terms of job opportunities (in India), CS is better.

The cut-offs are above 88 percent for any branch.

Cut-offs for PICT are in the range of 130-170.
Definitely not possible in CAP round 1.
You might get lucky if you wait until the third round.

Yes, your score is very good. Talking about PICT, definitely, Information Technology seat will be alotted to you but I can't tell surely about CS. Maybe it will allotted to you in the 2nd/3rd round. I will suggest you to go for KJ Somaiya or DJ Sanghvi.
