PEC Chandigarh offers admission to BTech courses through JEE Main followed by JoSAA and CSAB Counselling. Candidates who qualify JEE Main 2023 are called for the JoSAA Counselling 2023. Both PEC Chandigarh and BIT Mesra are good colleges for Mechanical Engineering. However, the cutoff ranks for admission vary every year. PEC Chandigarh is a Grant-in-Aid institution under the administration of the Union Territory of Chandigarh, Government of India. PEC was established in 1921. Moreover, the institute became Deemed University in 2003 through an MHRD notification and was rechristened as PEC University of Technology in 2009. The institute is also recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Yes, B.Tech in electrical and electronics engineering is offered by PEC University of Technology. And it is also one of the finest branchs of PEC. One can easily get electrical engineering in PEC if he /she scored between 97 percentile and above in JEE mains examination.

The fee for B.Tech in electrical and electronics engineering at PEC is somewhere around 90k to 100k rupees per semester hostel excluded. If one also wants a hostel, then the hotel fees is something around 70k per year. Also, fees for all B.Tech branches are the same in PEC.
